PromocionesFarma offers heavily discounted products on their website, but which customers arrange to pick up at the local pharmacy of choice. By integrating online and offline purchases they have become the equivalent of Amazon in the pharmacy field, but still keep local pharmacies involved in the transaction. They already boast of 600,000 registered users on their site, and 2,400 pharmacies signed up to their scheme.
Congratulations are in hand for founders Adria Carulla and David Maso, who have innovated the sector by this integrated site that results in far lower prices for the consumer.
