Wayra start-up Sezion wins funding

News has come in today that Sezion, a start-up that distributes an app that allows the creation and sharing of music, has been funded to the sum of 50,000 Euros by La Caixa.

Sezion, founded by Josiah De La Espada, is described as the Instagram for beginner musicians. It consists of a mobile application, currently available on the Apple App Store, through which anyone can write, create and share their music with others on the cloud quickly and easily.

It's one of the first in what will, I'm sure, be a very long line of successful start-ups that pass through the Wayra accelerator.
