Barcelona startup Typeform gain funding
This site has been neglected in September, but the same cannot be said for the Spanish start-up scene, where various investments and acquisitions have taken place.
In due course I hope to summarise most of these, but this article will concentrate today on the 550,000 euro investment in the Barcelona start-up Typeform. We can read in the Spanish site Loogic that the funding has come from Risk capital operators Point None Capital (Berlin) and RTAventures (Warsaw).
Formed in 2012, Typeform is a cloud based application that seeks to make survey and form creation on modern devices smooth and looking great. The start-up was co-founded by the Spanish entrepreneur Robert Muñoz and a Brit-Belgian designer David Okuniev, and their aim is to re-invent the old ways of gathering data on-screen. If successful, they will change the way data is entered on-line, but they have strong competitors in the likes of "Survey Monkey".
Good Luck/Suerte to Typeform!
