Training on demand platform Floqq gains 405,000 euro investment.

At a time of high unemployment, there are still sectors that are crying out for people with the right skills and indeed there are job profiles with an effective zero unemployment rate. Floqq aims to address this issue, by finding real world experts to teach practical and up-to-date skills to its users. Their laudable vision is to generate employment by providing useful life-long learning - in barely a year since launching they have delivered more than 5300 hours of training to more than 2,600 students.

Now the good news is that Floqq has just won a 405,000 euro funding deal, led by the venture capital firm Cabiedes&Partners. Financing has also come from the Government of Spain via ENISA, and from the renowned Start-Up Chile program.

Floqq is using the investment funds to further develop its expansion in Latin America, after already making great strides in Spain and the Chile market. Their aim is straight-forward - to deliver the best training on-demand platform in Spain and Latin America.
